how to add more info after selection of an item in a drop-down list content control in word

Hi,

I would like to add more info under and/or somewhere else in the page in word after choosing an item in a drop-down list. Who could i do this ?

As "office-word-utpro" focuses more on general issue of Word desktop client, but your issue may need the VBA help, I would add a related tag "office-vba-dev", thanks for your understanding.
You can also refer to CharlesKenyon-8472's suggestion, that try to create dependent drop-down list in Word.
