I see in Azure Quantum document Microsoft provides many providers.
However, when I create it, I only see a single provider, Microsoft QIO.
My whole project is built on C# and Q# and requires 2 targets ionq.simulator and ionq.qpu.
Without it I have to rebuild from scratch.
Which step did I skip?

Looking at your subscription, I see that it is an "azure plan" (former PAYGO) with no special limitation or such and IonQ provider is available in the region "EastUS".
So you should be able to select the IonQ Provider. Can you please retry and let me know.

If you are still not seeing it, then the recommendation is to create a new "Quantum Workspace" in the portal (choosing MS QIO provider) and then then on the portal blade for that Azure Quantum workspace, you can choose "New support ticket" in the menu on the left.

Also, can you please share which Billing Region you are in. There is a possibility that you might be using a billing region that does not have IonQ. (this is not the Azure Region but the region where your billing account sits. For Enterprise customers this is the country where their EA is signed)

You can double check if IonQ is available in it by going to Microsoft Azure Marketplace and changing your region in the footer to your billing account region and currency.
If IonQ doesn't show up in the search bar after making the change then it means that you haven't chosen to advertise your services in this region and IonQ will have to add support there.
In that case, I will share it with the Azure Quantum Product team so that the team knows that there is demand in the specific billing region.

In both the case, I would advise you to create a support request so that the Product team can track it.
Please try the above steps and let me know. Thanks.
