Hi, I've created a flow in Power Automate that sends mail from a shared mailbox to a SharePoint list.

Unfortunately, I can't filter on columns that "belong to" Power Automate in SharePoint.

E.g.: Filter by emailBody, File Name, date and Attachment Name.

Could you please advise if there is any solution to this issue?

And..

The project is running for several years and the list will be very long, is there a way to organize it for months?

    Do you mean you are not able to filter these columns in list settings?

    Do you want to filter a view from a specific month?

    You could use following filter setting to filter a view from a specific month.
