I added the Shopify application under Enterprise Applications (not Shopify Plus). However after I select Password Based SSO there's no other option to configure. I don't see any option to select manually detect sign-in fields.
I tried following this article, under the manual configuration section but these options do not exist.

Have you installed the myapps extension as mentioned here.
Yes, I was able to install the extension and it shows that it it has the saved credentials for the site. But it does not put in the username/password, I believe this is why I need to do the manual configuration so that I can manually detect the username and password field.
However on the Single Sign-on page in Azure there's no option to configure automatic or manual.
