Granting 'Log on as Service' privilege to the RunAs account.
Workflow Manager configuration starting.
Configuring Workflow Manager runtime settings.
The token provider was unable to provide a security token while accessing 'url...'. Token provider returned message: '400Cannot resolve a namespace for scope:
we tired in may different ways but having the same issue and we struck in the image given down below plz do help me on this appericate your help in advance

Perform the following troubleshooting:

1.Make that the SharePoint farm is at least updated to March 2013 PU (the Service Pack 1 is recommended)

2.Make sure that the App Management Service is configured and started

3.Make sure that the User Profile Sync Service is working properly. (it’s not mandatory but if it’s already configured, just make sure it’s healthy working

4.The Workflow service account has dbo permission on SB and WF databases.

5.Make sure Workflow Manager 1.0 Refresh (CU2) is installed

If the error still occurs, you can refer to the following links to reinstall the configuration WorkFlow Manager 1.0.
