When you enter here, it will ask for a registration. Please share your details and then you will get access to the tutorial videos on Azure Stack HCI.

This is few months old tutorial but will give you good walkthrough if you are new to Stack HCI.

Once new set of video tutorial will be released, I will share with you. It will take a month or so.
