Team,

I am trying to open free azure account. I have also entered a correct details debit visa card details. even 2 Rs. are cutting from my account. But finally is giving message "Check with your bank. Your bank couldn't authorize this payment method."

Please help me in this case

    For all the debit card holders here, this is something Microsoft is not able to reconcile with many card holders- HDFC, ICICI etc... I have not been able to find a solution to this and this pertains to multiple banks. Forums mention that you must check with your bank, surely if it happening with so many people, there is something wrong with the offering. Some "GLOBAL" cloud platform they are offering...😂 Frontier of integration!!

    Hello, I have checked the bank transaction limit and all the details are entered correctly, but still the error "Check with your bank. Your bank couldn't authorize this payment method." comes up when paying Rs.2, please guide. I'm using AXIS BANK credit card VISA card.

    The above link is showing for logging to the portal for help and support, but here I'm in very initial stage. Please help.

    Same issue. It was working fine for last one year, but from yesterday we couldn't purchase subscription and getting error like 'Your bank couldn’t authenticate this payment method. Contact them for more info.' App-ChallengeFailure.

    any solution or findings what is going wrong ?
