Best tool to capture IP consumption in cloud

Hi Team, Can you please suggest if there are some tools are available to track the IP utilization for Azure cloud.
I have a requirement to track the IP's used by multiple Azure subscriptions.
Mainly looking for is
Subscription name -
Allocated vNet CIDR -
Number of subnets -
Used IP in each subnet -
Available IPs

    Greetings,

    AFAIK, there is no tool from Azure to capture the remaining IP addresses in a Vnet/Subnet that are ready for consumption. This feature has to be added In our networking API to GET those results.
