Auto Refreshing Data in excel with SQL Database

Hello,

Is there a way for me to code my excel workbook that is connected to SQL server to automatically refresh (for example cell A to D) every 1 mins, Friday to Sunday, from 8 am-4 pm, using SQl code, Power query or VBA code.

    And btw, how do you design your system, do you use power bi? Or just save data from sql server to excel?
