Hi. We need help on questions regarding CDC for Oracle by Attunity (Service/Designer) from Microsoft

Do we need to get a license from Microsoft in order to use this product? (we are currently testing the product with the Service/Designer clients)

Is this this product currently supported by Microsoft?

We use MS SQL Server 2017 - Enterprise Edition. Data source is in Oracle 11g

Thanks

    Hi @Carlos Salgar ,

Do we need to get a license from Microsoft in order to use this product? (we are currently testing the product with the Service/Designer clients)

No. You don’t. However this is my personal view from the docs.
You can verify that from our license team.
For detailed information about the license issue, please call 1-800-426-9400, Monday through Friday, 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (Pacific Time) to speak directly to a Microsoft licensing specialist. For international customers, please use the https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/licensing/worldwide to find contact information in your locations. Or you can go to Volume Licensing Service Center support. Please choose region/language and choose to call or have web. People there will help you more effectively.

Is this this product currently supported by Microsoft?

Yes. It is. Please reference: https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/sql/integration-services/integration-services-features-supported-by-the-editions-of-sql-server?view=sql-server-ver15#ISAT
