We have a new setup of expressroute to our on-prem network via Telco carrier.
The BGP connection between on-prem to telco was established.
We have defined the Virtual Network Gateway (w/ virtual subnet) on Azure and connected to expressroute instance. However, we found the expressroute circuit cannot display the "Peer ARP in ARP Table" and "Peer IP in route table" in Azure private setting. In "Route table summary", it was show the neighbor IP state is "Active" but the up/down is "never". The AS, subnet and vlan ID is provided by Telco and inputed correctly.

    Hello @Lau, Donald ,

ARP issue might arise due to Layer 2 configuration. Can you follow the troubleshooting documentation here and determine if there are any Layer 2 configuration issues? If the provider's MAC address has issues. Open a support request with your connectivity provider to debug such issues.
