We usually access one of the company's URL to see email our archived emails on their Web portal.

We have created a folder as "Archive" in Outlook and went to Properties > Home page > added company URL.

First time , we are able to access this "Archive" Folder successfully and can see emails without any issues.

When we switch to other Outlook folder and get back to this Archive Folder, it gives an error as per below snap.

Outlook versions tried : Outlook for O365 and Outlook 2016.

Error : cannot find last/ in base URL

If we click on either Yes Or NO - Nothing happens and gives blank screen.

Tried steps to resolve :
As Outlook uses Internet explorer properties in back-end and tried to disable script debugging and still same issue.

Actually, the folder Home Page feature has been disabled because of security vulnerabilities in many versions of Outlook. According to my tests, only a few web pages could work normally as a folder home page, many different web pages would show different errors about script. I also searched a lot about your error but still couldn’t find any effective solution. So I’m afraid that the feature may have any issues due to lack of upgrade.

As a workaround, it's suggested to create a shortcut that links to your URL in Outlook with the steps below:

    1. Create a shortcut that links to your URL in the Desktop.
    2. Open the Outlook client, click"ctrl+7"to switch to Shortcut navigation.
    3. Drag the desktop shortcut to the outlook, then you can see your web page in the shortcut groups.

    4. click"ctrl+1", you can switch back to the Mail navigation.

Hope above information is helpful to you.
