Site search not working

Hi there,
Our Bing-powered site search has suddenly stopped working. It will never find anything.
Does anyone know what the problem is here?

If yes, then could you check from custom search portal customsearch.ai if your instance configuration has changed? You should check the instance's Configuration tab under Hosted UI.
A newly created resource will have "Bing search services", older cognitive services resources will have "Cognitive Services".
You can also add new subscription keys and publish your instance to production. Please ensure to test the hosted UI from Production->Endpoints->Hosted UI tab

I don't think the problem is related to Customsearch necessarily but the site seems to be deindexed entirely from Bing (search for tooltester.com on Bing, it doesn't appear). I logged into Bing Webmaster Tools but couldn't find any indication of an issue.
Can you please help me fix this?

2022-04-08T06:15:53.693+00:00 @tooltester Bing webmaster support is actually available only on webmasters support page by raising a support ticket. bing related tags used on MS Q&A cover issues related to search API's that are created in Azure. The content that is indexed by bing is only displayed as response to the requests sent to these azure resources. I hope this clarifies.

2022-04-08T09:29:19.98+00:00 @tooltester-4349 An issue related to websites not visible in bing search are addressed by bing webmaster support team when a support ticket is raised through their support page. Users on this platform MS Q&A do not have access to lookup bing webmaster issues or effect search results of bing.

I mean we are paying customers for your product but currently it's not working at all. We really need this fixed as soon as possible. Would there be any difference with the paid support option? -
