Credentials for Microsoft professional program in artificial intelligence

I previously had my credentials for the Microsoft professional program in artificial intelligence on "https://academy.microsoft.com/en-us/certificates/906a950a-5ccf-472c-a0ba-13cdd04365ad/".

It is only recently when I try to access my credentials that I realise it leads me to "https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/learn/?WT.mc_id=sitertzn_homepage_mslearn-redirect-mpp" instead.

In summary, the credentials are missing.
May I ask if there is any way i can recover my credentials?
