How to get Windows 10 Enterprise for Virtual Desktops from 1903 to 1909 (not 2004)

We have a Windows 10 Enterprise for Virtual Desktops that's on version 1903. We need to update it to 1909 but that option is gone in Windows Update. Only 2004 is available now. Unfortunately we cannot go to 2004 at this time due to a compatibility issue. How can we get the 1909 update?

NOTE: Someone sent me an installer for Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant for 1909 but it was not compatible with Enterprise version of Windows.

    Did Sylvia's answer solve your question? To reiterate Windows 10 1909 is unsupported. The Windows 10 1909 ISO is only available to be downloaded from subscription websites such as VLSC (Volume Licensing Service Center). However, VLSC does not support personal customers.
