how can I back in windows 1909 update?

How do I revert to windows 1909 version immediately after updating to the 2004 version, my computer started working badly. I did not think that the update would be a problem, so I deleted the windows.old file and now I can't go back. Is there any safe way to revert to it?

    Hello,

    As you deleted Windows.old folder, you won't be able to downgrade.

    However, still I recommend you to check if the Go back to previous version option is available at Settings > Update & Security > Recovery.

    If it is greyed out, unfortunately, only clean install is the way to get V1909 back.

    Setting\Update\Recovery then if available "Go back to previous" otherwise you'll need to clean install it.
