Public IP is not attached to the VM After failover.

I tried with this URL for automating test failover for this in runbook.

    @Development Operation You can provide the public IP address as an input in the ‘Compute and Network’ blade under VM -> Disaster Recovery. ASR will help attach the public IP address provided by you to the VM post failover.
