data file upload failure in QnA maker

i am trying upload a xlxs format file , which while creation of knowledge base is a success but on checking via settings it doesnt display anything there, it just shows the chitchat file and nothing else. on adding my file again there , it gets added but as soon as i click on save and train it vanishes from there.

    Hello, to clarify, are you expecting to see the uploaded file in settings? If so, that option isn't available, however you can export the KB as a .xlsx file. Hope this helps.

    Hello,

    I can not reproduce your issue when I added my .xlxs file. It worked well and every is still here after the publishing.

    Could you please make sure you "clicked" the button "Save and Train" before publishing? If yes you should be fine.

    And also, you can not see your uploaded file in setting.
