Good Morning Support,

I earned my MCSA: Windows Server 2012 R2 in 2017 with an email address from a prior company I worked for. I no longer have access to that email or contact with the company. How do I obtain my credentials if I can 't access this account anymore? I would like to upgrade my certificate to MCSA: Windows Server 2016, but I can't without this certificate. Any suggestion would be welcome!

Thank you,
Kyle
