Is there a way to add a user/invitee as a coauthor with permissions to make changes to the meetings I schedule in Teams?

    Hi PassRyanKCTRUSA-9181,

I’m afraid that this feature isn’t supported now.

The workaround is to give delegate access in Outlook as this article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/allow-someone-else-to-manage-your-mail-and-calendar-41c40c04-3bd1-4d22-963a-28eafec25926.

If it cannot meet your requirements, we recommend you that please give a feedback to https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/40184215-send-a-teams-meeting-request-to-the-user-who-gave.

Microsoft will always focus on customer’s feedback and experience. Some new features would be added to the services based on customers' feedback in the future, and your good ideas will be very helpful for them to improve the service.

Your time, understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.

Not currently, but Microsoft is working on this.
