How do I access the school account that will not support on Microsoft Authenticator?

I have had several problems with accessing my school account with Microsoft Authentication App. It says that it does not recognizes the account and is not supported. I do not know what to do. I need to be able to access my email on the computer however this is really frustrating. I will appreciate anything you can do to help me.

    The microsoft authenticator app is not supported here on QnA. They're actively answering questions dedicated forum here.
