Windows Server 2012 R2 I work for a company that uses it but the previous BT setup is ridiculous and I can't reach any wifi servers. What is the reason?

May need to contact the network admins or someone familiar with the wireless hardware for assistance. In general ping or tracert tools may be helpful in troubleshooting.

"the previous BT setup is ridiculous"

In addition to Dave's suggestion, Windows Server 2012 did not natively support bluetooth. So you would need to figure out how the previous admin cobbled together a solution that did 'work'.
