WMI Async callback and Active Directory

To further narrow down our issue, we would like to get more detailed information. Would you please help to collect the following information:

1.Would you please tell us the PowerShell script?
2.Do you wan t to know the VM state in Hyper-V ( for example, if we have 10 VMs in hyper-V, we want to knoe the VM state of all the 10 VMs in Hyper-V )?
3.Where do the event register (Windows based computer or hyper-V or every VM in Hyper-V)?
4.Do you have event forwarder?
5. Do you connect to Hyper-V server first and then run the PS script, check the async queries and VM state at last on Windows based computer or hyper-V or every VM in Hyper-V?

I did script to get information about network traffic of VM. It works fine if my client PC and Hyper-V servers both aren't a part of domain. It works like magic. Problem is that I can't see async events coming from server if server is a part of domain of AD but client PC isn't.

I have done experiment with situation whenboth client PC and server are a part of domain. It works.

Event registration script is:

Register-WmiEvent -Namespace $cimnamespace -ComputerName $ComputerName -Query "select * from __InstanceModificationEvent within 5 where TargetInstance ISA 'Win32_PerfFormattedData_NvspNicStats_HyperVVirtualNetworkAdapter' and TargetInstance.Name like '$namelike'" -SourceIdentifier $evname -Action {
Write-Host "===================================================================================================================="
Write-Host "Got event for adapter: " + $event.SourceEventArgs.NewEvent.TargetInstance.Name
Write-Host "===================================================================================================================="
}

Interesting facts: 1. I cant see any error in PS terminal. 2. I can see that sync queries like $vm = Get-WmiObject -Namespace $namespace -ComputerName $ComputerName -Query "select * from Msvm_ComputerSystem where ElementName = '$VMName'" work fine.

I did setup all firewals and group policies and Com Security to allow anonymous remote access. I even did changes to registry to allow anonymous access. I added same user I have on server on server to PC OS and ran PS as that user. Nothing works.

I can see that it works only if both client PC an server are a part of same WORKGROUP or domain.

Now I have a lab with client and Hyper-V server in the same workgroup. Would you please tell us how I can run the PS command above successfully if I want to reproduce the issue?

I copy the command and run it, then I receive the error below.

For example,

What parameter should I change or add? I am sorry, I am not an expert in PS.
