How to Unblock an IP address

My client used the mysigns.microsoft.com site to review connections to his mailbox. He saw a couple recurring connections from out of state and blocked the IP addresses. These turned out to be from his iPhone. Now he wants to unblock them but I don't see an option to unblock. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Please note that this issue is not related to windows 365. Windows 365 is a cloud-based service that automatically creates a new type of Windows virtual machine (Cloud PCs) for your end users.
For this issue, I know little about it. Did you use Azure AD accout login in "mysign" portal? If yes, it is suggested to try to add "Azure-active-directory" tag and wait for the related support engineer involved in this issue. If not, it is suggested to call Global Customer Service phone numbers to get more accurate help.
