What is in the CAS.log on the client when it tries to download?

Hi,
Windows 10 and Office 365 patches are not downloading in Software Center. Please help how to check why the download is not happening.
Users are connected laptop in VPN. Cloud DP is configured and laptops will contact cloud DP as well.
