Is it possible to lock down the # of executors?

We want to be able to lock our spark/sql resources down so that the business doesn't rack up the bill. Is this possible to do?

    It is not possible to lock down the executors directly but this could be achieved through using many different sized pools in the short term. I'd love to chat in person if you are interested please send mail to euang at microsoft dot com.
