Error in accessing whiteboard

Hi,

I have a school MS 365 account and was recently trying to get access to a whiteboard shared by an instructor. Although, I was logged in, I was not able to get access to whiteboard. Instead, I got this error:

Something went wrong
TokenRenewalError

What does the error mean and how can it be resolved so I can get access to whiteboard both on the web and app?
