teams meeting - bypass the lobby

Can I allow all people in my organization bypass the lobby,
except someone need to get my permission (BUT NOT bypass the lobby) if he/she want to join my meeting?

    Yes, you can automatically allow people in your organization bypass the lobby. Configure in Teams admin center > Meetings > Meeting policies > Participants & guests.

    However, for other people, it also uses the lobby feature to admit people to join the meeting.
