Traffic Manager new Endpoint to App Service in the same Resource Group

In the Azure Portal. When creating a new Endpoint in a Traffic Manager profile, it won't show the App Services from the same resource group, only from other resource groups in the subscription. I can later modify the endpoint and select the App Service in the same resource group, but not at the moment of creation.
Is there a reason for this behavior?

    Greetings,

    I just tried adding newly created App Service as an endpoint and it was populating on the drop-down list. Looks like there is no issue with the product. Please let us know if the issue persists.
