I have SCOM agent 2019 installed on the non-domain joined server and I'm facing an issue when trying to upgrade it to 2019 UR1 or UR2.
What I did is copied the folder x64 to the targeted server (non-domain joined). Folder is located under the following path:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft System Center\Operations Manager\Server\AgentManagement\amd64 (management server)
But when tried to install KB4558752-amd64-Agent.msp manually I got the below error:
then tried to run KB4558752-amd64-Agent.msp as admin and got the below error:
Could you please advise how it can be upgraded manually step by step?

If your SCOM management servers have been updated to the latest Update Rollup, you can simply copy the MOMAgent.msi installer file from the SCOM installation path on one of your SCOM management servers and run the MOMAgent.msi installer on the agent computer from an elevated Command Prompt.
The installation path could be for example:

I've managed to uninstall and install it again using MOMAgent.msi installer as per your advice but the agent still showing the same old version:
And my SCOM management server currently 2019 UR2 the latest.

The MOMAgent.msi should be the latest agent version, if the latest Update Rollup has been successfully applied.
Where are you checking the agent versions? Could take a while to update, could also try clearing the console's cache.
I would advise checking the versions under Administration > Operations Manager Products > Agents.
Im checking through the MG server ---> Administration --- Agent managed (still showing the same version)
Also, checked on the agent server from the control panel and got the below version:
You've mentioned that I should get the latest version of the agent when installing using MOMAgent.msi if the latest Update Rollup has been successfully applied. So I've checked the version of MG server from the administration console as shown below:
Moreover, inside the amd64 folder, the MOMAgent.msi file was lastly modified on 29/1/2019
Is it a normal behavior? And could you please suggest what else I can check?
Adding that when pushing agents through the MG server automatically the UR2 applies successfully.
Strange, when I tried updating it manually it wouldn't change version to the Update Rollup 2 agent version, unless I update the agent from the Operations Console via the Pending Management.
