IIS URL Rewrite Module missing extensibility samples

I have installed the IIS URL Rewrite module but need to add a db provider from the URL Rewrite Extensibility Samples.
The description page https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/iis/extensions/url-rewrite-module/using-custom-rewrite-providers-with-url-rewrite-module provides a link to the samples but they are no longer available and the link https://www.microsoft.com/download/details.aspx?id=43353 generates a 404 page.
Where can I find the Extensibility Samples?
