Prenvent users from downloading OneDrive files to non work computers

Greetings,

I am working on a project for Data Loss Prevention. Is there a way to allow users to download files from their OneDrive accounts to company owned PC's that are on a domain, but not allow them to download them to their personal PC's, phones or tablets?
