Difference between Premium vs Standard general-purpose v2 for File Share?
What is the Throughput ?

We have 35TB data in On-premises, which is the best file share service to choose (Premium or Standard) for migrating Data along with file meta data like Permissions, Date, etc.
Please suggest.

    The following table describes the types of storage accounts recommended by Microsoft for most scenarios. All of these use the Azure Resource Manager deployment model.

    I would recommend to choose Standard Storage Account GPV2 for your scenario.
