Major packet loss on Azure East

I'm helping a friend debug major packet loss on Azure East network when attempting to play halo infinite (Halo uses Azure network). He has tweeted Azure support multiple times- not sure how else we can go about getting this issue resolved. How can we get this in front of the right people on the Microsoft side? Any insight or help would be much appreciated- thanks!

    Thank you for your post.

    I appreciate your feedback about it and I just saw the post on twitter the one you gave us.

    Now I am wondering if you are only checking ICMP traffic or any other like SMB,HTTPS and so on.... Previously I was helping on a similar question like this one as it is shown below:

    -Do you have any packet capture to review it deeper?
    -Are you using Iperf tool or any similar tool?
    -Are you doing this testing sending traffic through your ISP provider or MPLS circuit?
