You have problem with PowerBI, and you tag it with SQL Server?
I think the PowerBi people will appreciate if you tell them which data source you are trying to connect to. Overall, just dumping an error message without giving context is rarely a recipe for success when asking for help in a forum.

That is apparently a problem with the MySQL 8.0.29 driver. Going back to the 8.0.28 driver seems to resolve the issue.
