How to syncronize the files in folder of Azure Cloud to OnPremise folder of server using AZURE Cloud?

Using AZURE file sync,

At the first, I put several files in the folder of AZURE cloud, so I can detect same files in the folder of the On Premise server connecting Azure File SYNC
But later I add a file into the folder of Azure Cloud by connected client PC, but This file could not be appeared in the folder of On Premise server.
By the way I add a fie into the folder of On Premise server, this file can be detected in the folder of AZURE Cloud.
How to synchronize files from the azure cloud side to the On Premise server side?

    1k byte text file was set in folder of AZURE Cloud by connecting client pc.
    I check the folder of On Premise Server , but I can't find the same file.
    I can't detect any error.
    Please advise about the specification of azure file sync.
    I want know the detail information of dual directional synchronization of files between AZURE Cloud and On Premise Server.
