Dear All,

i have migrated my old account (@X .onmicrosoft.com) to a new tenant (@X .com) during this process, i have not been able to locate, save/download then migrate the OneNote file.

One of your technical support Staff was supposed to call me on Saturday 5th September to provide information on how to proceed with the file localization then file-backup before upload to the new Tenant.

could someone from your team urgently contact me to that effect?
