Is it possible to set up CI CD Pipeline for a Flutter Project in Azure Devops for deployemnt to Google Play Console and App Store Connect?

We have a web product hosted on azure app services which also has a mobile application(built on flutter). The repo is in azure devops for the mobile application and the web application. we would like to setup CI/CD pipelines for mobile application on azure devops.
