Unable to press enter key when pxe boot for few models

Our company uses pxe everywhere network boot and I have been trying to pxe boot on this particular model. Its fine on few models and not working on few models

When booted up, press F12 to go to Boot screen, Boot mode is set to UEFI and Secure Boot set to ON. I select Onboard NIC (IPv4). It then goes through checking media presence. Then Media Present, then it say Downloading NBP files. Afterwards, it comes up with PXE Everywhere network book, with your ip, boot server ip and boot server name. A message also appears saying Press Enter to continue or ESC to cancel

At this point, I am unable to press the enter key. the laptop keyboard lights up when I press the enter key. In fact any key, not even the esc key works. I need to press the enter key to continue.

I have tried a USB Keyboard, USB C Keyboard, docking station, none of them accept a enter key press. I tried the internal network port as well as a thunderbolt network adapter. Nothing. tried different network cable, network switch.
