Azure WVD Black/Blank Screen after logging on

Customer is running basic Azure WVD (Windows 10 (20H2) with FSLogix (upgraded to 2.9.8.111.53415), 1 Host Pool with 2 Session Hosts. 6 users daily get black/blank screens after first logon of the day

The black\blank screens can last anywhere from 10 minutes to 60 minutes or longer. Been going on for months. Can not seem to find a solution. Endless log gathering with Support with no answers.

Users typically call us to force logoff and then they can magically log on with no issue on the next attempt.
