Can you login in Teams web client normally?
In my experience, this issue could be related to the TPM on your computer. To troubleshoot this issue, we firstly recommend you try to update the Trusted Platform Module to see if works for you. For more details, you can refer to:

If the above is not working for you, then you can try to clean your Teams client cache file and restart your Team.
