I had the same problem trying to uninstall Teams and reinstalling it again.

Hello
When I try to sign into Teams on computer or mobile, it says Teams is not activated. I verified with my license that it is active (and I am the Admin).
Here is the error

Have you tried Teams in browser?
If you are not able to login either, what error message would it show?And is this issue happening to all users in your tenant?

There is a few things you could check:
- Have you enabled Teams for your organization and any user access policies?
- What current 365 license do you have?
- If you have the correct license, check within your license that the tickbox for teams to be enabled within your account is ticked

We are using E5 License.
Teams is enabled.
But when we tried to enabled teams for our organization we got the error message “We couldn’t save your license changes. Please close this setting, refresh the page, and try again.”
