MECM 2111 Hardware Inventory Multiple Entries for Operating System

We have an issue with Multiple Entries for Operating System in Hardware Inventory, I have ran the full hardware inventory but no luck still same issue.

Kindly initiate full hardware inventory on client machine and check the status again

From your screenshot your did not force a full hw inventory. Use something like the rct to force a full he inventory.
