We are setting up a multi-app kiosk. Everything is working great but there is a need to access to the CD-ROM. I've add an app for File Explorer, which shows the Download folder because we are providing access. When I try to browse to the CD-ROM drive it says your organization has blocked access, which is understandable.

Is there anyway to give access to the CD-ROM drive through the Intune portal?

@BMPU-9566, From your description, I know you want let Intune Manged multi- app kiosk devices to access CD-ROM. If there's any misunderstanding, please let us know.

Based on my research, I find there's no setting related it in Kiosk device configuration profile or Device Restriction policy.

Also, I have done some tests in my lab. I try to pin the CD-ROM to start layout, export it as xml and deploy it in the kiosk profile. But I find it will not be deployed to the kiosk devices. So I think CD-ROM is not available for kiosk devices.. If we want this, I suggest to feedback it on uservoice of Intune:

    Hope it can help.
