I would like to suggest you try the the suggestions below.
- After opening Excel, please go to File > Options > Add-ins > Manage, Excel Add-ins > Go, clear check boxes for any enabled COM add-ins, select OK.
- The same step for COM Add-ins.
- Go to File > Print, set the virtual printer, such as Microsoft Print to PDF.
- Update Excel.
- If nothing helps, please repair Microsoft 365 on Control Panel.
- Completely uninstall Office with the uninstall support tool. Then log you account into Subscriptions & Services, download the installation package and reinstall it.
