Excel 365 not responding when make simple format to a cell

Hi there,

I just have purchased Office 365 for first time. I have a problem: everytime I open Excel and make a very simple format.
Example: I choose a cell and click Bold, my Excel start "not responding". After 3 mins, it work normally.
Everytime I open a new Excel, the same thing happened.

Please help me :(

    @Cuong Nguyen ,

    I would like to suggest you try the the suggestions below.

    1. After opening Excel, please go to File > Options > Add-ins > Manage, Excel Add-ins > Go, clear check boxes for any enabled COM add-ins, select OK.
    2. The same step for COM Add-ins.
    3. Go to File > Print, set the virtual printer, such as Microsoft Print to PDF.
    4. Update Excel.
    5. If nothing helps, please repair Microsoft 365 on Control Panel.
    6. Completely uninstall Office with the uninstall support tool. Then log you account into Subscriptions & Services, download the installation package and reinstall it.
