How to delete DevOps resource from Azure portal

Hello Team,

There are few users created DevOps organization under my subscription and they got removed from Azure AD(O365). Now the DevOps org is orphaned and generating cost. How can I remove the organization without having owner rights in that organization. I have Owner access in Azure portal.

    Thank you for posting query in Microsoft Q&A Platform.

    To delete your organization, you need at least Basic access and Project Collection Administrator permissions. Click here to know more deleting Organization in DevOps.

    Please reach out to your Project collection administrators and get the job done. To know to steps to find project collection administrators please follow below link.
    How do I find the Project Collection Administrators?

    Please Note, Azure Subscription and DevOps subscription are two different things. Hence have some roles in Azure will not have any impact on DevOps management side.
