Reach on-premise resources from Power Automate through Express Route

Hi,

We are exploring the cabilities we can leverage by using Express Route to be able to connect to on-premise resources. This time, we´d like to know if maybe it´s possible to use power automate to reach these on-premise resources, for instance, an internal API.
