WSUS Reset node error : unable to connect to the WSUS Server via the remote API. 2016 Standard Edition

I have one Master and Multiple slaves. (One connected to M$ )
Each server have dedicated SQL DB instance.

Multiple slave server are able to communicate Master and sync successfully.
One of the slave started giving error.

The WSUS administration console was unable to connect to the WSUS Server via the remote API.

Verify that the Update Services service, IIS and SQL are running on the server. If the problem persists, try restarting IIS, SQL, and the Update Services Service.

    Are you performing the proper WSUS maintenance including but not limited to running the Server Cleanup Wizard (SCW), declining superseded updates, running the SQL Indexing script, etc.?
