Rebuild Outlook for MAC after Time Machine restore

I had to reinstall OS and restore from a Time Machine backup. I got everything back except my email folders and emails that were stored in the "On My Computer" section of Outlook. If I search my disk I find files KIND = .olk15_meessage and if I click these they open in Outlook and these are my missing emails. I've checked and the file and folder under User\Library\Group Container\UB******9.Office\Outlook\Main Profile have been restored and this is where the .olk15 files are.

How do I rebuild the Outlook database to show the folders and emails I had before?

    Hi @Dianne Williams ,
Can you see your "On my computer" folder in Outlook?
If not, please make sure you have unchecked the "Hide On My Computer folders" option via Outlook > Preferences > General > SideBar and see if the issue has any difference.

If you can see the "On my computer" folder normally but could not see items in it, you might need to import your old identities. Please try to refer to the "Import identities from Outlook for Mac 2011" section in this article and see if it works.
