CI pipeline -Unable to Configure pipeline saying permissions issue for azure subscription

Setting up an azure devops pipe for the project , Getting an error like Failed to set Azure permission .Ensure that the user has 'Owner' or 'User Access Administrator' permissions on the Subscription.
But i have the user administrator access to the azure portal .

    Thank you for posting query in Microsoft Q&A Platform.

    You mentioned that you have user administrator access. Assuming its not typo, It seems its not built-in User Access Administrator which is available at subscription level.

    Could you please try to get User Access Administrator role at subscription level and retry? Please let us know how it goes.
